Presbyterian/Unitarian Chapel, Hull
11. BOWLALLEY LANE. Presbyterian, then Unitarian. Replaced Blackfriargate c.1680. Rebuilt 1691/92 and again in 1802. The last building was a distinctive octagon with 490 sittings. Red brick octagon with windows in each side. Galleried nearly all round. Replaced by Park Street Unitarian in 1881. Became offices before being demolished in 1936. Site to the north of Cogan Chambers in Exchange Alley. [The Lost Churches and Chapels of Hull]
