that the said Elizabeth Bingley shall make and forever maintain
a good and sufficient Fence against the said Thomas Fourness's
allotment in the Low Field, West; against the said Doncaster road,
North; and the said Common, South.
AND we do further allot,
award and assign Unto the said Elizabeth Bingley, to be held in
severalty, by her, her Heirs and assigns, nine acres, three roods
and twenty six perches of land, (167,168,169) being another parcel
of the said Field called the Low Field, and called the South side
of Cranewell, adjoining upon an allotment hereinafter mentioned
to be made to the said Godfrey Bingley, East, 159-60; the said

Marsden's allotment, herein before mentioned, East; beginning
at the North East end and against Goldthorpe liberty, North.
AND we do order and award
that there shall be a road over the South end of her said last
mentioned allotment, nine yards broad.
AND we do further allot,
award and assign Unto the said Elizabeth Bingley, to be held in
severalty, by her, her Heirs and assigns, two Acres, one rood
and five perches of land, another parcel of the said Low Field
and called Darr Furlong, adjoining upon Goldthorpe road, East;
her own garden, West; the said William Marsden's, and the said
William Watson's allotments in the same Field, North; and Mr Elliker's
Allotment, and the ancient Inclosure, South.
AND we do order and award
that the said Elizabeth Bingley shall make and forever maintain
a good and sufficient Fence against Goldthorpe road, East; and
the said William Marsden's allotment, North; and the said Mr Elliker's
allotment, South.
AND we do further allot,
award and assign Unto the said Elizabeth Bingley, to be held in
severalty, by her, her Heirs and assigns, Ten acres, and thirty
four perches of land, (468) parcel of the said Meadow called the
Ings, being in full of her rights, properties and Interests there,
adjoining upon an allotment herein after made to Elizabeth Garland,
in the said Ings, East, 467; and an allotment hereinafter made
to the said William Tyas and the River Dearne, West 469; Bridlegate

that the said Elizabeth Bingley shall make and forever maintain
a good and sufficient Fence against the said Elizabeth Garland's

Unto Godfrey Bingley, Gentleman, to be held in severalty, by him,
his Heirs and assigns, Two Acres three, roods and four perches
of land, (part of 131) parcel of the said Common called---

allotment of Elizabeth Bingley herein before mentioned, West;

that the said Godfrey Bingley shall make and forever maintain
a good and sufficient Fence against the said Elizabeth Bingley's
Allotment, West; and the said Byewater, East and South.
AND we do further allot,
award and assign Unto the said Godfrey Bingley, to be held in
severalty, by him, his Heirs and assigns, two acres, two roods
and six perches of land, (367) parcel of the said Stinted Common
called the Carr Common, adjoining upon an allotment hereinafter
made to Henry Bingley, in the said Carr, East, 371; William Tyas's

a good and sufficient Fence against the allotment of the said

and assign Unto the said Godfrey Bingley, to be held in severalty,
by him, his Heirs and assigns, twelve acres, three roods and twenty
seven perches of land, (159,160) another parcel of the said Low
Field called the South side of Cranewell, adjoining upon Pinder
Balk lane, East; an allotment hereinafter made to the said Elizabeth
Bingley, West, 167-8; Syke Dyke, North; and Doncaster road, South.

a good and sufficient Fence against the said William Tyas's allotment,

WE do further allot, award
and assign Unto Godfrey Bingley, to be held in severalty, by him,
his Heirs and assigns, Eleven acres and three perches of land,
(465,466) parcel of the said Meadow called the Ings, in full of
his Rights, properties and interests there, adjoining upon an
allotment herein before made to the said William Watson, East,
463-4; an allotment hereinafter made to the said Elizabeth Garland,
West, 467; the Ingfield lane and Bridlegate lane, North; and the
said River Dearne, South.
AND we do order and award
that the said Godfrey Bingley shall make and forever maintain
a good and sufficient Fence against the said William Watson, East;
and Ingfield lane and Bridlegate lane, North.
And we do order and award
that for the first Time a Bridge, twelve feet broad, and five
feet wide in the span of the Arch, shall be made across the new
Drain, into the said Godfrey Bingley's Allotment, at the Expence
of the several owners and proprietors of lands in the Ings, and
forever afterwards to be repaired by the said Godfrey Bingley.
WE allot, award and assign
Unto Henry Bingley, Esquire, to be held in severalty, by him,
his Heirs and assigns, Ten acres, two roods Eleven perches of
land, (116,117) parcel of the said Common called Bolton Common,
adjoining upon an allotment herein before made to the said Elizabeth
Bingley, East, 118-9; an allotment herein before made to the said
William Watson, West, 115; the said long lane, North; and the
said River Dearne, South.
AND we do order and award
that the said Henry Bingley shall make and forever maintain a
good and sufficient Fence against the allotment of the said William
Watson, West; and long lane, North.
WE do further allot, award
and assign Unto the said Henry Bingley, to be held in severalty
by him, his Heirs and assigns, two acres, and twenty two perches
of land, (371) part of the said Common called Common Plecks, and
part of Carr Common called little Moor, adjoining upon an allotment
hereinafter made to Mary Bingley in the---

and assign Unto the said Henry Bingley, to be held in severalty
by him, his Heirs and assigns, thirty perches of land, another
parcel of the said Common called Common Plecks, and also part
of the said Stinted Common called the Carr, in lieu of, and in
full Compensation and Satisfaction, for a road hereinafter directed
to be made over the South End of his Greengate lane Close, adjoining
upon an allotment hereinafter made to the said Mary Bingley, in
the said Common Plecks, East; and another allotment herein before
made to the said Henry Bingley, in the said Carr, West and North;
and the ancient Inclosure, South.
AND we do order and award
that the Fence against the said Mary Bingley, East; and also the
Fence at the South End of his Greengate lane Close, shall for
the first time be made at the Expence of the Public, and forever
afterwards repaired by the said Henry Bingley.
WE do further allot, award
and assign Unto the said Henry Bingley, to be held in severalty
by him, his Heirs and assigns, two acres, one rood and thirty
six perches of land, another parcel of the said Stinted Common
called the Carr, adjoining upon an allotment hereinafter made
to Elizabeth Garland, East; upon another allotment hereinafter
made to the said Sarah Bingley, in the said Carr, West; Billingley
Dyke, North; and his own ancient Inclosure, and Carr Field, South.
AND we do order and award
that the said Henry Bingley shall make and forever maintain a
good and sufficient Fence against the allotment hereinafter made

parcel of the said Near Carr Field, adjoining upon an allotment

that the said Henry Bingley shall make and forever maintain a
good and sufficient Fence against William Ibbison's allotment,
East; long Hedge lane, North; and the Ing Field lane, South.
WE do further allot, award
and assign Unto the said Henry Bingley, to be held in severalty,
by him, his Heirs and assigns, Sixteen Acres, two roods and Seven

award and assign Unto Mary Bingley, Spinster, Grand-Daughter of
Richard Bingley, late of Goldthorpe in the said County of York,
Gentleman, deceased, to be held in severalty, by her, her Heirs
and assigns, twenty two Acres and four perches of land, (120,121)
parcel of the said Common called Bolton Common, adjoining on an
allotment herein before made to the said William Marsden, East,
122; an allotment herein before made to the said Elizabeth Bingley
and an allotment herein after made to the said Elizabeth Garland,

AND we do order and award
that the said Mary Bingley shall make and forever maintain a good
and sufficient Fence against the allotment of the said Elizabeth

that the said Mary Bingley shall make and forever maintain a good
and sufficient Bridge into the said last mentioned allotment,
twelve feet broad, and five feet wide in the span of the Arch.

feet wide at the top, two feet wide at the bottom, and three feet
deep, and that there shall be a road across the said Allotment,
