The Will of William Croke, of Farnlye, par. Ledes [Vol. 19. f. 40], pr 21 November 1570. The day of
my burial to be at the discretion of Thomas Walker and Steven Broke. To the poor men's box, 12d.
To Thomas Walker wyf, a read cowe. To Thomas Walker, towe mers and tow carts. To Agnes [C]roke, my
brother doughter, one gymmer shepe. To Isabell Walker, one lame. To Elizabeth Walker, one lame. To
William Holdsworthe, twp graye gymmers shepe. To Ezabell Thompson, one red quye with calfe. All my
brewinge vessels to my wife the one half, and the other halfe to Rosamond Walker, and after my wife's
death R. W. to have all the sayd brewinge vessells. Residue to Esabell, my wyf. Executors- the said
Esabel, my wyf, and Thomas Walker, hir son. Witnesses - Thomas Gybson, prest, Thomas Walker, Steven
Broke, William Walker, with others. -
