The Will of Thomas Walker, of Weetwood Side, parish of Leeds, Wright, [Vol 19, f. 23] dated 30 June 1570:
To Elizabeth Marman, my daughter, three sheipe. To James Towelson, a leather coote. To John Robinson,
a leather jerkin. I forgive Robert Whawleye half the 3s, 10d. which he doth owe unto me. I forgive
Christopher Whitlaye half the debt the debt which he doth owe to me.
William Walker, my son, to make all reparations of the tenement late in occ. of Jenet Birkinshawe; in
consideration he shall choose whether of my tenements he will have. To said William all my working toyles,
and a cupbord if he marye Elizabeth Siecclinton. To Elizabeth Maisterman, my daughter, equally. Witnesses
- Sir Alexander Fawshed, Vicar of Leeds, Edmund Bland, and Elizabeth Frealington, with others. Pr. at
York, 20th March 1570
