Will of Richard Bynnes, of Bramley, smith [Vol. 19, Fol. 52B], dated 22 May Eliz. [1573]; proved
1 October 1573: My tenement or fermhold in Bramley to Julyane my wife, for life or widowhood;
after death to Richard, my son, for the terme of lease. To Anne, wife of John Garrett, two ewes.
To William Haig, my apprentice, one ewe. To Elizabeth, my daughter, one blackbalde quie. My
smithe, with geare, to Richard B., my son. Wife, son, and daughter, executors. They three to
also occupy several parcels of land which I have by lease of Thomas Walshe, of Bramley.
Witnesses - John Goodall, Robert Wrose, John Garrett, and Richard Morley.
