Amplifier Deflection for Console64

This is the right hand deflection amplifier for the console 64 and is used to drive the X (vertical) deflection coils in that console.
The amplifier accepts the main trace X sawtooth along with the inter-trace X deflection (such as a joystick). The switching is done in 4 diodes using the inter-trace gate input.
