Receiver Type R1082

This receiver is a TRF (i.e. not a superheterodyne) receiver employing five valves with 2 volt filaments.
The supply for these was a 2 volt accumulator. The receiver also required a high voltage HT battery of 120 volts and there was a grid bias battery that was fitted inside the radio.
